Custom Orders

Most of the items on this site can be personalized using a laser engraver. All custom orders require a 50% deposit of the total cost before shipping.

Costs:

Design fee: $25 per hour for completely custom pieces
Personalize it! $5 per half hour added to existing product price – Some materials take longer than others to laser engrave, and we will add the time to engrave in your quote.

The process:

The first step is to send us an email using the form below. Please double check the spelling and dates when applicable. Your first message is to tell us what you are looking for, and we will formulate a design plan and contract for you to approve including price. You will then be asked to pay 50% of the cost up front to cover design expenses, then you will pay the remainder of the balance after we have sent you the final proof of what your creation is, as this is the last green light before the work begins. With both complete custom and Personalize It! products, you will receive email updates before, during (if it is a completely custom product, i.e. furniture) and after the product is made and before it ships. It is important to stay in contact with you because when we start the work, we are going to follow the approved proof design exactly. No changes to the design of Personalize It! products can be made after final proof is approved. Once the laser starts, we cannot simply make changes.
